Check In

Please check into our spa with our receptionist at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time unless notified of a different arrival time. We regret that late arrivals cannot receive extension of schedule appointment time.

New Client Policy

A credit card is required when booking all appointments for first time clients. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule a spa reservation, kindly inform Donna Marie's at least 24 HOURS PRIOR to your service time, because your time slot is reserved specially for you. Regarding "Same-day" cancellations, you are responsible for 50% of the service value which will be charged to your credit card on file. In the event of a "No Show" you will be charged the entire service amount.

Noise Levels

Donna Marie's is know for it's excellent service and gentle atmosphere. In effort to maintain the level of serenity that out clients enjoy, please refrain from bringing children, cellular phones, and beepers to spa appointments. Spa guests are asked to speak in a whisper voice to ensure a peaceful experience for all guests.

Personal Hygiene

Due to the steady rotation of clientele in our spa, please be mindful of personal hygiene, excessive perfume/cologne/hair sprays etc. as they may be distracting to massage therapists or other clients.

Food Policy

Please do not bring food or uncovered beverages into the spa. We will happily provide a light snack and refreshments for you here.

Gift Certificates

For your convenience, gift certificates can be purchased year round! Gift certificates are specifically for spa services only. They are not to be used toward retail or tips. Gift certificates are non refundable. There are no exceptions.

Payment and Gratuities

Gratuity is NOT included in the service cost. Please note that Donna Marie's is unable to add Gratuity charges to payments made by credit card.
